What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a missed appointment?
What if I become ill and cannot make my appointment?
In the event that you are ill please give us as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled due to illness are not subject to the cancellation fee, however may not be rescheduled within 2 weeks of the initial appointment. If you arrive at your appointment and showing symptoms of illness you may be denied service at any point during your session.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime by contacting the salon via text. If it is before the 48 hour period, you can use your online booking profile to cancel and reschedule yourself.
There will be a 50% cancellation fee in the event you miss your appointment or must cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. This is given to the stylist to compensate for their lost income.
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes things may come up and schedule adjustments must be made.
