What happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a missed appointment?

What if I become ill and cannot make my appointment?

If you are feeling unwell, please give us as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled due to illness are not subject to our cancellation fee.
For the health and comfort of our team and guests, we ask that you stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. We reserve the right to reschedule or discontinue services if illness is evident upon arrival.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime by contacting the salon. If it is before the 48 hour period, you can use your online booking profile to cancel and reschedule yourself.

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service value. This fee helps compensate your stylist for the reserved appointment time.

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes things may come up and schedule adjustments must be made.
